What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, what you need and your message. There is no analytics or tracking on this site, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why, and who sees it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to do that work. Enquiries reach us by email through Resend, and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Where we do work together we keep the correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts, plus the period our accounting obligations require.

Your rights

Email hello@thocha.com to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
